Well, November and Fall are officially over. My favorite season just flew by and it seems that I haven't done anything productive. But with every ending there's a new beginning and that it Christmas! The holidays, family, sweaters, snow, movies and homemade baked goods. Just as Andy Williams sang "It's the most wonderful time of the year."

The other day I was browsing through Tumblr doing my "Christmas Inspiration" searching and I came across this bucket list. Bucket lists, in my opinion, are very challenging and demanding but this holiday bucket list is something different. The 12 things that I enjoy doing the most during the holiday season. Looks like so much fun, why don't I give it a try?

Autumn in Summer

Well, it surely has been quite a while since I actually sat down in front of my laptop, opened my blogger account and started writing a new blog post. But I am back!

And I'm glad to be back. I'm glad that I could once again start writing my thoughts down, share my inspiration with you and update my life. Since writing is not a very strong side of mine, I feel that I can do it. Today is a perfect opportunity to continue my blog because it is SO gloomy outside even though it is July. The 20th. Yes, the middle of summer. That's where my rant starts. It has been 16 degrees Celsius outside the whole week where I live. Crazy, right? The wind is also out of control. All of my summer outfits are left in the closet - crying. I just throw on my sweater/leather jacket and head out, waiting for the sun. And the funny thing is that I've been watching Christmas videos. Yep, waiting for December to come. Winter is better than some shitty cold summer, right?

On that note I'm going to finish my short, but very sweet blog post. See you soon!

Thrifting

I just moved into my new place recently. Not sure if I'm ready with the cleaning yet but I did explore my neighborhood a little bit. Across the street there is a huge passage with many different stores that I absolutely love. And a lot of thrift stores!

I haven't gone thrifting in a long time but I sure found a little light at the end of the tunnel. It's this Louis Vuitton inspired bag. So little and simple is all that a women needs. I was quite amazed with the nice quality and the structure of this bag. It is sturdy and light, perfect for spicing up a simple outfit. So if you ever decide to do some simple of major shopping think about going to a thrift store because as you can see, I found a very handy treasure. 

I will surely share some thrifting finds next time that I find something. I'm also selling this on my vinted store hardpliers.

I think that fashion should matter to all of the women and girls out there. Fashion is my inspiration and style is what I love. 

For the past couple of year vintage and retro stuff have been getting into fashion magazines and every girl in the streets have vintage dresses, old band t-shirts, high-waisted pants and cat-eye sunglasses. I simply can't get enough of this style and I fell in love with it at first sight. You know those vintage girls that are in the old Coca-Cola posters? I tried to recreate them with my coke bottle and my favorite swimsuit ever. It has everything that I love: peplum, black and white colors and vertical stripes that make you look thinner.

Since I love my new purchase a lot I thought I should do a quick outfit of the beach.

Midsummer's day

There is nothing more precious to me in summer than celebrating Midsummer or Joninės. Seeing the old and the young dancing around the fire gives me the best feeling in the world. The warm night breeze, fire, flower crowns, and searching for a special flower,  papartis, sends you off into the deep forest. While the night is passing by, you're laying on the grass with your white little dress, hoping to find true love and happiness...

So in Lithuania we did celebrate Midsummer on the 24th of June. This magical night is precious to me and takes a place in my heart. 

I decided to make an Outfit of the Day and a video to show how much I appreciate this night.
