Although Christmas has already passed and I haven't updated my blog in quite a while I thought that I just need to sit down and write once again. For me the holidays aren't quite over yet because I still have a week of holidays until school starts. And yes, the Christmas spirit is still with me. That's why I'm still on the festive writing train.
Baking gingerbreads in the winter time is amazing. They're festive, they're delicious and I only eat them in mid November-December. Decorating them is also very fun and the frosting is the tastiest part for me.
Although the main holidays are over, I'm still going to make some gingerbreads next week.
